Shipping - We generally ship within 2-3 business days. Custom orders in 3-4 weeks. All orders will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service at the following rates:

Returns: Don't order from the internet after three mugs of mead and you won't need to return anything! Order wisely, measure accurately, and call us first if you have a question so that returns will not be necessary.
Cleaning: There are few guarantees in this world, but we can guarantee that if you run our products through the washing machine, you'll be sorry. Professionally clean only or suffer the consequences.
